The exercises I did were simple whole body exercise and 20 minutes of interval running.

For some reason I woke up, so just tested my sugar
level as well.
I had 3 sweetened Yogurts the night before, boiled bean curry
and raw veggies as last dinner.

Just after a snack of Onion vada and Tea. Earlier the
day I had breakfast of
raw vegetables and baked potato with cheese.Also had a banana and one jilebi ( sweet snack of India) at around 8:30 since a neighbour had offered it .
Jilebi is really
sweet. I had reduced Novomix to 12
